A $40.00 non-refundable/non-transferable deposit is required to secure your order date.

Your remaining balance is due the Monday before your order is scheduled for pick up. If your balance is not paid by then, your order will be cancelled and the deposit will be forfeited without notice.

Orders are picked up from San Ramon.

Orders that are not picked up when scheduled, will be kept for a week. If you fail to pick up by that time, your order will be discarded.

Orders are shipped via US Postal Service via Priority mail 2-3 day delivery. We are not responsible for damaged, lost or late deliveries. In the case your package suffers and damage or is lost, it is insured for up to $50.00 with USPS. All claims should be handled by the buyer.

Once orders are picked up, refunds are no longer permitted. It is your job to make sure you're satisfied before leaving.
